Farrol Consulting Immigration Firm

Farrol Consulting are a company that offer to help people who want to immigrate to Canada. They state that they have people in their team who are accredited by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, also known as the ICCRC. The company claims to have over 35 years of experience collectively within the immigration field. They appear to be headed by someone called Aileen Farrol, but there is scant information on the site about her.

 The Website

The website is very basic, and is just one page with no other tabs or pages. The website is missing vital pages such as an about page, information about each service that they offer. Additionally there are no Terms and Conditions, or a Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Because of this it is unclear to whom the website is aimed at. It could be a word of mouth type of business, and the news scroll on the site is regularly updated via sources such as the BBC and CIC News, so the business is obviously still a going concern.  There is also a feed that streams all the companies Twitter updates. The website does state that Aileen Farrol is indeed a regulated Canadian immigration consultant but there is no information about her team of immigration lawyers and consultants. When Canadian visa reviews checked on the ICCRC database to check if this company was indeed regulated to provide immigration services, there was no information about either Aileen Farrol or Farrol Consulting. There is an online questionnaire so that prospective immigrants can fill in their information regarding their academic qualifications, language skills and work experience to get a quick assessment of their chances of getting permanent residence or another kind of visa for Canada.

Social Media

The website does have a link to the company’s Twitter page which only has 220 followers. It is updated regularly though. There seems to be no other social media presence online. Which is missing the chance to connect with prospective immigrants.

Conclusion

Canadian visa reviews put this website through a scam checker, and the domain has been registered for 17 years. It also stated that the website was seen as having a high trust rating but the owner had hidden their information, including where the company was based. All of this combined with the lack of web pages, information about the company and false statements about being regulated immigration consultants leads Canadian visa reviews to feel that this company may not be altogether trustworthy, even though we could not find information online.

CONCLUSION

Canadian visa reviews to feel that this company may not be altogether trustworthy, even though we could not find information online. Their social media presence is limited to Twitter, which means that it is hard to check what feedback they have from clients.
